Hyundai Avante

The Avante is a clean, comfortable sedan that does the quiet work of a good holiday car without asking for attention. Five real seats, a proper boot for the luggage, and a smooth automatic that makes the long pull along the Autovia del Coral toward La Romana feel like nothing. Couples tend to like it for the room, and it settles down nicely at highway speed where the little compacts start to feel busy. Around Punta Cana it is still easy to place in traffic and simple to park at the resort or the mall. We deliver it to your hotel or meet you at the airport, insurance sorted, from $25 a day. If you want one honest, no-fuss car for the whole trip, this is a safe pick.
